Responsibilities

• Direct and manage a team of Area Account Managers to drive market share growth
• Develop and execute short and long-term sales strategies in alignment with Business Unit objectives
• Collaborate effectively with Vertical Sales Directors and National Accounts Director
• Serve as the escalation point for sales associates and internal customer issues
• Coach, train, and develop sales talent within the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Technologies, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Distribution, or a related field preferred
• 10+ years of experience in the Power Transmission industry, with at least 2 years of sales management experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to travel up to 40%
• Strong performance management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in vertical industries related to power transmission
• Proven track record of successfully managing sales teams
• Familiarity with CRM tools for opportunity management
• Participation in trade organizations or industry leadership roles
• Strong networking skills with C-level executives
