Purpose of the Role:
The EVP - Sales Manager for New Markets is responsible for building, leading, and developing a high-performing team of independent sales representatives (1099s). This includes recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, and holding salespeople accountable to activity and revenue goals that align with company growth objectives.
The EVP - Sales Manager for New Markets ensures consistent execution of the sales process, drives production, and acts as the bridge between company leadership and the sales force.
