Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator located in Texarkana, AR. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including sourcing and recruiting candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and providing administrative assistance. The role also involves facilitating effective communication between candidates and hiring managers, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the overall hiring process.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Experience in Hiring and Administrative Assistance
• Customer Service skills to effectively support candidates and internal teams
• Effective organization and time management skills
• Ability to work on-site in Texarkana, AR
• Previous experience in recruitment or HR is beneficial
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
