Plumber Position

CBRE Service Plumber will be responsible for general preventive maintenance, repair, testing, installation, and troubleshooting of plumbing, mechanical and distribution systems throughout a facility. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function which provides support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What you'll do:

• Repair, install, replace, test, and troubleshoot the water and distribution systems.
• Install new water systems, piping, and fixtures by blueprints, drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
• Ensure waste and vent lines are in good operating condition using a plumber's snake, vacuum plunger, or jet washer.
• Assist other staff members or contractors on projects or equipment installations.
• Perform general maintenance and building systems operational duties as assigned or directed.
• Complete all HSE programs & activities as required, including incident investigations, interviews, auditing, and assessment, etc.

What you'll need:

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Plumbing certification at the Journeyman level preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
