The Director of Marketing, PR+ Social will play a pivotal role in launching and positioning an exclusive luxury concept developed in collaboration with a celebrity partner.

This brand aims to redefine the industry by blending state-of-the-art facilities with a sophisticated brand ethos focused on wellness and performance. Working closely with the CMO, the Director of Marketing will shape the brand narrative to resonate with affluent, lifestyle-focused consumers and position the brand as an industry disruptor.

Director of Marketing, PR+ Social Duties :

  • Brand Identity Development : Oversee creative agencies in crafting a distinctive brand identity and storytelling framework that positions the brand as a leader in fitness, wellness, and lifestyle innovation.
  • Public Relations Management : Manage the PR agency to implement a comprehensive strategy that enhances brand credibility, nurtures media relationships, and secures top-tier press coverage.
  • Campaign Leadership : Lead the execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital, social, experiential, and traditional channels, ensuring consistent and high-impact brand presence.
  • Creative Oversight : Partner with internal and external creative teams to develop compelling, premium content aligned with brand values and consumer expectations.
  • Data-Driven Insights : Utilize analytics and consumer insights to refine marketing strategies and ensure they resonate with the target demographic.
  • Social Media & Influencer Strategy : Develop and execute a social media and influencer strategy that amplifies the brand voice and engages affluent consumers.

Director of Marketing, PR+ Social Requirements :

  • Must have 5+ years of experience in brand marketing or public relations, preferably with high-end or lifestyle-focused brands.
  • Prior experience as a Director is preferred, but candidates ready to step into a Director-level role are encouraged to apply.
  • Proven expertise in PR strategy, media relations, and crafting compelling brand narratives.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Experience partnering with creative agencies to ensure on-brand execution.
  • Familiarity with affluent consumer demographics and premium lifestyle trends.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing analytics and marketing tools, including HubSpot and social listening platforms (Must have HubSpot experience).
