You will be the Supplier Quality Field Representative Senior for Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) at the Red River Army Depot in Hooks, TX. Our team is responsible for developing and maintaining quality evaluation and control systems to ensure the highest standards of supplier quality.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Supplier Quality Field Representative Senior, you will be responsible for leading supplier quality efforts, evaluating and controlling supplier performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing quality control systems to assess supplier performance
- Conducting on-site evaluations and audits to ensure supplier compliance
- Collaborating with suppliers to identify and mitigate quality risks
- Driving corrective actions to improve supplier quality and performance

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications
-Experience as either a Quality Engineer/Analyst, Source Inspector, or Quality Assurance inspector in a manufacturing environment.
-Must hold or be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
-Must be able to effectively communicate and interface with Suppliers, Quality Program Management, Engineering, Supplier Quality Management, Subcontracts (Buyers), and Government Representatives.
-Able to interpret drawings and specifications to determine product conformance as well as develop and apply quality test, inspection methods and work instructions.
-Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team and to operate without appreciable management direction.
-Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
-Effective communication skills, written, oral, listening, technical writing.
-Effective interpersonal skills, including team building and collaboration.
-Demonstrated presentation skills.
-Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Desired skills
-Bachelor degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience/combined education.
-Special Process Engineering experience.
-Experience with use of manufacturing, inspection gages or measuring equipment.
-Experience working with Government customers and suppliers.
-Thorough knowledge of Industry recognized Quality systems such as International (ISO), aerospace (AS), and FAA regulations.
-MS Excel subject matter expert.
-Experience with Tableau.
-Experience in establishing Performance Metrics for identifying process improvement.
-Demonstrated understanding of quality audit techniques
-Deep understanding of electrical / electro-mechanical component qualification testing to include CCB's.
-ISO 9000 Internal Auditor
-Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
