Position: Appointment Closer

Location: Remote (US-based applicants only; we are unable to hire in CT, NY, NJ, or CA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with potential clients through proactive appointment setting, telemarketing, and follow-up activities.
• Serve as the main point of contact for spa owners and wellness specialists, fostering strong client relationships.
• Clearly communicate details about our contour spa services, responding to client questions with accurate, helpful information.
• Schedule client consultations and treatment appointments, optimizing their experience and satisfaction.
• Maintain precise, up-to-date client records in CRM systems to support seamless service and follow-up.
• Strive to meet and exceed a 15% appointment booking and conversion rate.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 1-2 years in appointment setting, cold calling, telemarketing, or sales required.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a warm, professional approach.
• Organization: Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM systems; experience with Go-High-Level and Slack is a plus.
• Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed targets.
• Technical Requirements: Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection. iPads and Chromebooks are not permitted.
