Doggett Automotive Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Parts Specialist to join our team as our shipping and receiving specialist. As a Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for managing inventory, assisting customers with their parts needs, and ensuring efficient operations within the parts department. This is a crucial role in our organization, as you will play a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the overall success of our business.

Duties:
- Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct parts for their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized maintenance management systems
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts shipments
- Perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate parts orders and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department

Skills:
- Detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
- Proficiency in using CMMS software to manage inventory and track parts
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of inventory control principles and practices
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance is beneficial but not required
