From its beginnings making Elderberry Syrup in a kitchen, Rowe Casa now has a product line of close to 250 products sold worldwide and employs a staff of over 100 employees.

About the Position:

Rowe Casa is looking to add to our inventory team! As a member of the team, you will play an integral role in performing counts, stocking shelves, and ensuring all inventory is accounted for and recorded. Shifts may be any day Monday - Saturday between the hours of 7:30am-6:30pm (x4 10-hour shifts will be assigned). This position is located at our facility in New Boston, TX and will report directly to the Inventory Supervisor.

Key Roles and Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Pulling products from the warehouse
• Stocking shelves for the shipping department
• Perform counts and reports

Key Skills:

• Highly organized, accountable, and self-motivated
• Works well under pressure
• Understanding of inventory environment
• General knowledge of using a computer
• High attention to detail
• Good attitude and a team player

Qualifications:

• Have understanding of standard inventory practices
• Able to recognize and sort products according to lot numbers and FIFO
• Able to stand/walk for long periods of time
• Able to lift 50lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years' experience in an inventory environment.
